Guest guest
Thank you for this recipe (and so many others) LaDonna. I'm very dependent on recipes, so even though I eat chicken, I'm not sure what a " chicken-like " seasoning would be. Any suggestions and proportions would be appreciated. Guest guest
Susan, there are several types of 'chicken-like' seasoning recipes in our archives. But, it's usually easier to buy it pre-made. I use two brands and they are gluten free and vegan. One is called McKay's Chicken Style Seasoning (there is also a non-vegan version; read the label) and the other is called Bill's Best Chicknish'. Both can be purchased at most health food stores. I find them a staple in my vegan/gluten-free kitchen. ~ LaDonna ~ Re: Zucchini Patties Thank you for this recipe (and so many others) LaDonna.
