Guest guest Posted October 4, 2001 Report Posted October 4, 2001 I bought some Spring Roll Paper (made from rice) and we've had a delightful time today making " egg rolls. " I sauted veggies in olive oil and soaked the papers one at a time, put the veggies in and wrapped them up. Then we fried them in more olive oil. The kids loved them!!
