Guest guest Posted August 30, 2001 Report Share Posted August 30, 2001 Walla Walla Potato Salad Source: Cooking Class 5 cups cooked, diced potatoes 1 small Walla Walla Sweeet onion, chopped 1/2 cup celery, finely chopped 3/4 cup chopped dill pickle Mix together and stir the following dressing into the potato mixture. In electric blender combine and blenderize until smooth and creamy. 1 cup silken, soft tofu 1/4 tsp. onion powder 1/4 tsp. garlic powder 1/3 cup Vegenaise (or acceptable mayonnaise) 1 large dill pickle 1/4 tsp. tumeric for coloring 2 Tbsp. prepared mustard (optional) Mix well and enjoy.
