Guest guest
Welcome Kabira. The best place to find vegan nutrition information for all ages, I think, is from the Vegetarian Resource Group, http://www.vrg.org. Look up articles on their web page about pregnancy. I would also look at these web sites: www.vegetarianbaby.com www.vegfamily.com imho - More people are allergic to dairy than to soy, but babies can be allergic to either. (I am talking about milk from non-human animals!) Introduction of either cow milk or soy too early can lead to later reactions. The natural food for babies is mothers milk. You might find some more information on http://www.notmilk.com. For ways to make tofu taste good, you might want to look at our webmistresses other - / Tofu is bland and flavorless, sort of like unflavored gelatin. It takes on the taste of the sauce or flavorings it is cooked in. Try looking up " tofu +recipes " in any search engine, too. I will e-mail you privately with a list of suggested vegetarian web sites. from Maida Citizens for Pets in Condos, http://www.petsincondos.org South Florida Vegetarian Events, http://www.soflavegevents.net
