Guest guest Posted August 22, 2004 Report Share Posted August 22, 2004 Hi Robin I'm not a weightlifter per se but live on a ranch and do a lot of lifting of all kinds of heavy weights in the course of a day, and have actually noticed an improvement in my strength, energy and endurance since I made the leap to full-time vegetarianism.
