Guest guest Posted June 18, 2004 Report Posted June 18, 2004 Hello Ira - and welcome ;=) No you don't have to be a vegetarian to be in this group ;=) There are many= people who simply want to eat more healthily by adding more vegetables and = fruit to their diet and others who are cutting back on non-vegetarian foods= .. It doesn't matter ;=) We are all interested in being healthy and in, perhaps, = losing a pound/kg or two or keeping ourselves fit ;=) Check out the Files and the archives for some nice recipes ;=) And the Link= s for information on health and nutrition, etc. Also, while you are at it, pl= ease visit the Polls section and *vote* okay? Add your voice! Oslo is one of the very beautiful cities of the world - when my son was liv= ing there, back when ;=), my dh and I went to spend Christmas with him. Wonderful!
