The Questionnaire

 

1) What is your name or what would you like to be called?

My name is Pernille. You may call me Nana or Goddess Or Pernille.

 

2) How old are you (roughly)?

25

 

3) Where do you live (city/country)?

Ishøj, near Copenhagen, Denmark

 

4) How long have you been a vegetarian/vegan, or how long have you

been interested in cooking vegetarian food?

I've been a vegetarian for 3½ years. I am not good enough to cook

myself proper veggie food. I hope to find something simple, nourishing

and hopefully slimming in this group.

 

5) What is your favourite food or meal?

Oh I just LOVE food, so I am not picky. I could eat day in, day out. I

am fond of potatoes at the moment because they are low on calories and

butt-cheap. I try to minimize pasta and rice since I am on a weight

watchers diet. But I guess I love etnhic food (pakistani, marrocean,

indian, greec, turkish etc)

 

6) Why did you join the group?

Because it is called vegetarian slimming and I am trying to lose

weight. I hope there will be low-fat recipes here.

 

7) Is there anything specific you want to get out of the group?

Fat

 

8) Tell us a few of your favourite things.

Rock music. Classical music. Reading. Friends. Family. Laughing. Love.

Flowers ( I would buy some, if I had money for it). Animals (I'd love

to have a pair of cats, but I travel too much). Travelling (and to

live abroad). Going to the pub and have a pint of lager (which I

rarely do, cuz I'm skint). Concerts. Learning & studying.

 

9) Do you know of any internet sites or other groups which maybe

10) Is there anything else you'd like to share with the group?

Haha, that question is SO " new age " . Lets all sit down in a cirle,

hold hands and share (just kidding).
