For under 200 cal i think its pretty good and would definitely kick start my day! Mmm. Laura (uk) Apricot and Ginger Spice Porridge (from the Luscious Low Fat Cookbook by Alison Rose & Tony guy) Serves 2 500ml skimmed milk 2 tbsp water 1 cup porridge half tsp cinnamon 1 x 400g can apricot, drained 1 tsp grated ginger 1. Put the milk and water into a saucepan and add the porridge and cinnamon. Bring to the boil, reduce the heat and simmer for 1 and a half minutes. 2. Add the apricots and ginger and stir until cooked and serve.
