Kale is a lot easier to prepare than collards. Kale needs less cooking, in

fact Here is a great recipe for kale raw.

Wash and slice kale into thin strips

sprinkle sea salt & lemon pepper over kale

Squeeze the juice of 1/2 lime over kale

Optional: pour 2 Tablespoons of Pure maple syrup

Allow this mixture to marinate for an hour or two

Enjoy!
