Ingredients: 4 fingers of Gin (London or Gordons) 1 finger of Water (spring water is best but take it up-stream from where the critters drink) 1 table spoons of Powdered sugar (white not raw) 1/2 Lemon, juiced A sprig of Holly for garnish (small tree will do) __ Instructions: Dissolve powdered sugar in water and stir in lemon juice. Add gin and pour onto crushed Ice in a tall glass. Shake rattle and roll. Dont bother with the Holly garnish as after two of these you wont see it anyway.
