Guest guest
Most of the time I don't shop for a specific recipie. I might buy what is in season or what is on sale. After work I go home and open the frig , check the cabinets and peek on the shelves and say " wuch- ya-got " ? That is how dinner is decided much of the time. Lets see ..... Potatoes, celery, onion and spices BOMBAY STEW 03-0909A 1.in a deep frying pan or medium pot. a splash of olive oil, medium heat 2. 1/2 medium Vidalia onion 3. 2 cups cubed raw potato 4. 1 rib or so of celery 5. cook up till tender/crisp 6. add a good helping of Garam Marsala Seaoning. I like a deep color and rich flavor level 7. salt if you like to 8. 1 cup or so of water 9. a can of cooked beans (your choice of type) 10. 1 can of tomato soup 11. heat for 5 minutes or so.
