Hi Sarah,

 

I responded to your post in another group but for some reason it got

deleted. Maybe they didn't like me posting recipe links? I don't

know. Anyway, there's TVP recipes here, scroll down on the left to

find them (also lots of other veg recipes):

I use the dried TVP mostly in recipes where there's lots of sauce,

like sloppy joes or burritos. Dried TVP sort of " needs help " , you'll

have to experiment. I've had some recipes where it's really good and

others where it tastes like rehydrated dog food.
