Cheryll,

That sounds like a great idea. Where do you find this product? Will

any wholefoods/natural food store carry it?

I buy it at a Natural foods market. They also make " Wham " (a ham

substitute), a chicken substitute, and a smoked turkey substitute. I

think they are a little more economical than the lunchmeat

substitutes made by Lightlife or Yves, because their boxes contain 2

inner packets (nearly twice as much I believe) for the same price.

Although I don't usually care for lunchmeat substitutes, the corned

beef one is not bad, if you don't overdo it and use it lightly, as

a " garnish " . The chicken one is also pretty good in a sub. The

other two I don't much like but my husband likes them.

Worthington is the same company that makes Morningstar Farms.
