Where to buy raw food equiptment?

Not on the cheap - necessarily - and I don't have time to search ebay and

craig's - and I do worry that those machines on ebay will break and not be

covered.

So, I need a Vita-Mix, a spiral slicer of some kind (what do you like and makes

the most variety), and and Excaliber with paraflexx sheets (leather fruit for my

kiddos- yummers!). Excited to hear your ideas.

If you don't want to search for deals, just go directly to the companies' web

sites. I don't have a spiralizer yet but I've asked around and plan to get one

like this:
