Guest guest
Please have your friend contact Jill Harrington at www.lupusrecoverydiet.com Epileptic events (seizures, auras) originate in the transverse colon (middle, horizontal portion of the colon). NO medical doctor will endorse this view, of course, they all believe it is a brain problem. Edgar Cayce knew this. Ray Kent teaches this. Herbert Shelton knew it. And so on. But Jill has been through BOTH lupus AND epilepsy, and she has " tried everything, " and made it work. Will help more if requested, of course, but in this instance, Jill. Please lend me your thoughts.. Hello anyone dealing with epilepsy, I don't know how many people know about the connection between having seizures and increased levels of apartic acid. I'm not a doctor in nutrition however, I believe that all sprouts, if not most, are high in aspartic acid. There are about five amino-acid that I concentrate on to help me with my seizures but aspartic acid is one that I try to limit. When kept in a healthy balance aspartic acid is very benificial for neural and brain disorders however, in people with epilepsy it has been found in increased levels. Does anyone know what all or any sprout's amino acid profiles are, especially it's level of aspartic acid in comparrison to glutamic acid? I have found a few but only four different ones and read about this problem also. I really want to become a raw-live-vegan but I will need to cut back on eating to many sprouts. I think I had a grand-mal seizure a few days ago while sleeping as I had/have all the signs of doing so. This past week I've eaten a great deal of sprouts, more than usual, and then a few days ago a seizure. I guess I'll need to balance sprouts with other foods that are low in aspartic acid and higher in glutamic acid. I still want to keep sprouting. Thanks.
