" I have a broad understanding of and knowledge in the sciences and about health, and I have developed a sense of cause-and-effect that is deeply rooted in an interdisciplinary approach to the sciences. In other words, most " scientists " nowadays are trained narrowly. Biologist know little chemistry and no physics, that sort of thing. Yet all scientists would readily admit that health science sits atop physiology, which sits atop biology, which sits alongside biochemistry and atop chemistry, which sits atop physics, which sits atop mathematics and logic. Often, I check something " accepted " in the " health sciences " or in " medicine, " to see whether it stands up in physics or chemistry. When it does not (often the case), then I know that either the " accepted " health science is wrong, or something in one of the underlying sciences is wrong. And 99.999% of the time, the former is the case, as you might imagine. In the case of teeth, they are made of " enamel, " hard, quasi-bone material rich in calcium and other alkaline minerals, among other things. Sugar, in and of itself, does not leach calcium. Acid does, not only in teeth but in ALL bones. So what causes " tooth decay " is often similar to what causes osteoporosis. Find a dentist who makes THAT connection! Anyway, if you've been in this group for a bit, you've probably seen dozens of posts from me on different topics, you can judge for yourself whether or not I at least make an effort to reach for underlying information, knowledge and understanding! I look forward to your response. -- ---------------------[ Ciphire Signature ]---------------------- vlinfo signed email body (1429 characters) on 23 March 2005 at 08:26:45 UTC rawfood ------------------------------- : Ciphire has secured this email against identity theft. : Free download at www.ciphire.com.
