Depends heavily on climate. Here, in northern California, they ripen

considerably faster during the summer months than now. During that period,

we buy fewer bananas more frequently. In this case, the ability to share, to

split cases and such, as very helpful, if there are others who would share

with you. is that a possibility?

I can't even keep 6 bananas in this house before they go bad... how does one
