Guest guest
Debbie, Diabetes responds mostly to dark leafy greens. When you watch the blood sugar levels they will go down quickly. However, they will go up just as fast when you revert back to your old ways. You may want to make an energy soup that Ann Wigmore is so famous for. This will get some greens into their system while allowing their palette to change. Then you can make them a salad and you're off to the races. When diabetics adopt this diet and are type 2 taking no insulin they will be 100% cured 100% of the time when they STAY on the diet. Type 1 will be 100 cured 70% of the time and the other 30% will have a significant reduction in insulin!
