As a Manager-in-Training, one will maintain permanent Front of the House

shifts, and cover management shifts as needed for the permanent managers.

A manager in training is on the track to become a permanent, full-time manager

when a position becomes available.

 

 

::::REQUIREMENTS::::

 

- Speak both fluent Spanish and English

 

- Full time availability, up to 5 shifts per week

 

- Attend monthly manager meetings and weekly store meetings

 

- Willingness to work for a company and workspace that is founded in personal

growth and transformation

 

- Extensive professional restaurant experience a must. Management experience a

plus.

 

- Experience with vegan and/or Mexican food a plus
