I was there yesterday and couldn't believe that prepared food was about 90% meat and 100% non-vegetarian. It was quite disgusting. On the other hand, the Farmer's Market inside the main building was incredible. I believe it was more like 90% Vegan. I encourage folks to go just for that! The Sea Beans, the Living Salads, the Vegan Chocolate (http://www.tcho.com/) which was super yummy - never heard of it before, Hosoy Tofu and much, much more.
