Guest guest Posted July 3, 2007 Report Share Posted July 3, 2007 Cuban Black Bean Dip With Habanero Peppers 1 16 oz. can cooked balck beans 1/3 cup chopped tomato 1/3 cup chopped red or green bell pepper 1/4 cup minced red onion 1 clove elephant garlic, peeled and chopped 2 tbsps. minced fresh cilantro 1 or 2 habanero peppers, seeded and fnely chopped In blender or food processor,place all ingredients. Cover and process until smooth. Garnish as desired. Serve with tortilla chips,jicama sticks, or other fresh vegies. Makes 2 1/2 cups. Ask a question on any topic and get answers from real people.
