Guest guest Posted December 12, 2006 Report Share Posted December 12, 2006 Zesty Cilantro, Chile And Pea Dip 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro 1 4 oz can chopped green chiles 2 cups frozen petite peas, thawed 1 10.5 oz pkg silken tofu 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice 1 1/2 teaspoons ground cumin 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper salt to taste tomato slices for accompaniment fresh cilantro for garnish In a food processor or blender, combine all ingredients. Mix until smooth. Whirl about 30 seconds on high. Refrigerate at least 1 hour. Mound over overlapping tomato slices; rim with fresh cilantro. All new Mail Get news delivered.
