Pickled Radishes

 

Place 1 cup sliced radishes and 1/2 small sliced onion

in a bowl. In another bowl, stir together 1/4 cup

white vinegar, 1/4 cup sugar, and 3/4 teaspoons salt

until sugar is dissolved. Pour over radishes and

onions. Cover and refrigerate at least 8 hours before

serving.
