2 cups pumpkin

1 cup soy milk

1/2 cup sugar

1/4 cup cornstarch

1 tsp. vanilla

1 tsp. cinnamon

1/2 tsp. salt

1/2 tsp. ginger

1/2 tsp. nutmeg

1/4 tsp. allspice

Blend all ingredients together until smooth. Pour into a piecrust. Bake

at 425 degrees for 10 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 degrees and bake for

50 additional minutes.
