This looks very tasty but what is Farro??

Liz,

Funny you should ask. I just received an advertisement and coupons in the mail for this. Farro seems to be a form of Spelt Pasta. You can probably easily find it in a natural foods store / vegetarian foods store. [try your local yellow-page listings if you are not already familiar with natural foods stores in your area].
