Zucchini Soup

Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method

5 cups zucchini -- chopped

1 large potato -- peeled and cubed

1 1/2 cups water

3 green onions -- thinly sliced

1 tablespoon butter -- melted

1 1/2 teaspoons dried tarragon

1/2 teaspoon vegetable bouillon granules

1/2 cup milk

 

Combine all ingredients except milk in crockpot. Cover; cook on low for 5 hours.

Stir in milk. Cook one more hour or until heated through.
