Starting with a Madhur Jaffrey recipe, I added previously frozen tofu, used canned tomatoes, a teaspoon of ground coriander, whole as well as ground cumin, and 2 apparently very old chilis to the spices you listed. As there was almost not spiciness at all, I don't think I used enough. I served it with plain yoghurt (no wheat berries, we're allergic to wheat. Sigh).
