Welcome to the group and thanks for posting your intro. :)

From what everyone has offered here about soy milk, I see I am going

to have

to play around with different brands and see if I can introduce more

into my

cooking use; maybe even get my kids to try it on cereal and the like.

I look forward to reading your posts. What made you go from being a

culinary

grad to psychology?

That's quite interesting actually. I started out as a Medical Assistant. From

there I went to culinary and now Psychology. I have always had a need to help

people. My life goal was to become a doctor. After highschool I just got a

little lazy and decided to just do medical assisting. I didn't feel I had as

close a connection with people as I wanted and decided to go to Culinary school

to learn about nutrition and food in general. I have always been into food and

nutrition. I finished that in June of last year. I guess i've always been

fasinated with medicine and the mind. A part of receiveing my AS degree was an

intro class in Psycholoy. I also took Abnormal Pshcy as an elective. Thus my

journey into Psychology began. I'll soon be sharing some vegan desserts.
