Guest guest
Could it be possible that this sauce is cream based? While visiting Paris a few months ago i ate something similar (although more traditionally french) in a little cafe. It wasn't called a pizza, and i can't remember its name, but when i asked about it, i was told it originated in the alsace region of france. It was basically a thin pizza type base, with a creamy garlic sauce on topped with cheese and veggies. I think the sauce was something like whipped cream, garlic and soft cheese. Perhaps the sauce is based on this? Laura (uk)
Guest guest
The soft cheese sounds like a good idea. I tried with maynoaise, but it didn't work very well in a sauce, and just on the pizza it sort of melted away. very yummy though, definately an idea to keep " Laura <child_of_the_80s " <child_of_the_80s wrote:Could it be possible that this sauce is cream based?
