Directions to Campus By car, heading southbound: From downtown take 75-85 south to the University Avenue exit. Make a right onto University Avenue. Travel 3/4 mile to Metropolitan Parkway. Make a left onto Metropolitan Parkway and travel 3/4 mile to the Atlanta Tech campus.

The campus will be on the left, and you will enter at a traffic light. Bear right into the parking lot, the Academic Building is on the left.

 

By car, heading northbound: Take 85 north to the Cleveland Avenue exit. Make a right onto Cleveland Avenue. Turn left onto Metropolitan Parkway. Continue on Metropolitan until you reach the Atlanta Tech campus. The campus will be on the right, and you will enter at a traffic light. Bear right into the parking lot, the Academic Building is on the left.

 

By MARTA, board the Southbound Train and exit at Westend Station and catch bus #95,

it goes directly in front of the campus.

 

 

 

Recipe

 

Banana Pudding (vee-gun)

 

2 packages of Mori-Nu silken tofu, soft

2 TBSP honey

1 tsp vanilla

1 TBSP banana flavoring

2- 4 ounce package Mori-Nu vanilla instant pudding mix

2 large bananas sliced thin

1 package vanilla wafers, such as Midel

 

Place tofu, honey, vanilla and banana flavoring in Vita-Mix blender and blend well, Add vanilla pudding mix while processor is blending, continue blending until smooth.

Set aside.

 

Line the bottom and sides of a 8 by 8 square dish with wafers, one layer of bananas, pour a thin layer banana tofu mixture over the top just enough to cover bananas and wafers. Continue with wafers, bananas and mixture. Chill for four hours or overnight and enjoy!
