True Health Care Health Care Insurance = Sick Care treatmentObama's new health care plan is promising to make 'sick' care available to most people who can not afford or do not have an insurance policy to cover expensive surgery, dangerous vaccines and drugs. The plan will tax the highest tax bracket of income generating Americans to pay for the new plan.Most working Americans make monthly payments into insurance plans that will insure that

themselves and their family will be cared for when an eventual sick crisis happens. In my opinion, health insurance is necessary. However, there is much grey area in your true options for alternative health care for those who are not interested in sickcare. If you discover that sickcare is the only option for big insurance companies (no surprise there), then it is time to get innovative. One option is the money you pay to insurance companies on monthly or bi-weekly basis can be put into a separate emergency account. Of course it will take time for the amount of money to build up into a significant amount so that there are options in case care is needed. The solution is to pool a group of like minded individuals that will agree to pay an agreed amount. It will be like starting your own insurance company to explore true options in case of need. The big insurance companies are making it more and more

difficult to have naturopaths, accupuncturists, herbalists, alternative dentistry, mid-wives, detoxification specialists and so on as viable options for coverage. Take control of your options while you have your health and vitality.True health care and the ultimate health care plan is one of personal responsibility. Regular exercise and good diet are the king and queen of health. I have said for years, "Pay now or pay later." Pay now by buying organic, investing in the best fuel for your body, and driving the extra mile for better food. If you don't pay more now by making better more costly choices on a daily basis then you will pay later by needing expensive surgery, drugs, and premature death.
