I have three very exciting announcements this month. First, I'm offering a yoga workshop, the details are below. Its difficult to schedule weekly classes at the moment, but I'm working on it for all of you who are interested.

Second, I will be teaching a Reiki level I workshop on Saturday, August 22nd! Mark your calendars, details will be posted on the website shortly.

Stress Relief with Yoga

Learn a Healthy Approach to Handling Stress

July 18, 2009 2:30PM-4:30PM This interactive workshop will discuss stress, how stress impacts the mind, body and spirit, various ways individuals typically handle stress and offer yoga as an alternative to handling stress in a healthy manner.

Additionally, we will explore the eight key aspects of yoga and the importance of breathing (pranayama). Participants will learn how to breathe correctly, how breath impacts our emotions and how to use the breath to alleviate stress. Afterwords, enjoy a calming, meditative yoga practice highlighting yoga postures that are helpful in stress relief. Space is limited to 6 Participants! Investment: $40
