Red leaf, Romaine, Green leaf, spinach, collards, kale, mixed

greens... walk through the organic produce section and give them all

Wow, and I have been using Iceberg. Talk about eye opener. So what

other lettuce are rich in nutrients besides iceberg? Maybe romain?

Thanks this helps alot because I was just sticking to spinach romain, and iceberg....Now I can open up to different things and certainly need the nutrients. Thanks Nancy!!
