It is an exciting and this time we have new features that we want to introduce: One is in the middle of the challenge, week two, we are having a juice feast - that is we are going to be drinking our veggies for days 8 - 14 of the challenge. Another new feature is that we have solicited 500 people to participate with us. We have folks in the Virgin Islands participating, California, Atlanta, Florida, and other cities....Let's not forget our Baltimore DC base. Apprenticeship at The Yabba Pot SIGN UP NOW!!! We offer an opportunity to learn the gentle art of creating peace in the kitchen with Chef Skai and the Yabba Pot crew. You must commit at least 30 hours over a two month period and be prepared to work in the kitchen from 8 am to 11 am anytime between Monday and Saturday. The apprenticeship is an affordable $300 for
