Some of you know that I take care of an Autistic boy whose mother believes was

affected by mercury poisoning after the MMR vaccination. She is the founder of

ARROW (Autism Recovery Resources of WA) and was very instrumental in getting the

recent bill passed that forbids the use of mercury in future vaccinations (it's

still in the flu shot however). I promised her that I'd get the word out to

likeminded folks about David Kirby's visit to Bellevue this Saturday. Please

By very special arrangement, author David Kirby has graciously offered our

group, ARROW (Autism Recovery Resources of WA) to host him for a lecture on

very short notice.

David's book, " Evidence of Harm " has won numerous awards and was on the New York

Times bestseller list. In addition, Evidence of Harm is currently being will be

made into a movie by Participant Productions-Participant's 2005 films --

nominated for 8 Golden Globe and 11 Academy Awards -- include " Good Night and

Good Luck, " " North

Country " and " Syriana. "

In his book, the product of 2 years of intensive research, Journalist David

Kirby explores the chilling possibility that a vaccine additive may be fueling

an apparent epidemic of autism, ADD, speech delay and other disorders in

America’s children.

In the 1990’s, reported autism cases among American children began spiking,

from about 1 in 10,000 in 1987 to a shocking 1 in 166 today. In this period,

new shots containing a mercury-based preservative called Thimerosal were added

to the nation’s already crowded vaccination schedule. At the same time, some

parents noticed that their healthy children were descending into silent,

disturbed, and physically ill behavior after receiving vaccinations. In 1999,

the FDA announced that children were being exposed to mercury at very young ages

at levels far exceeding federal regulations, but the public health establishment

failed to take parental concerns about the impact seriously.

David has graciously offered to come, after his planned tour with Autism Today

(planned for Meydenbaur center)was

cancelled. Please support ARROW and David Kirby by coming to this once in a

lifetime event- and David's very first visit to WA state.
