Greetings Seattle Live-Food Community! The Chef

Certification Program you asked for is here! The Level

One series will be held Sundays in November at Chaco

Canyon. (Schedule available wednesday.) The question

is: who is ready for an advanced series, and when?

Please respond in detail so I can schedule level two

as well.

Formerly Executive Chef at RAW, San Francisco, and

author of the forthcoming book, The Raw Revolution:

Living Food for Living Systems, Bruce Horowitz,. is

renowned as a culinary artist and instructor, workshop

facilitator, speaker, author, restaurant consultant

and “eco-raw” food activist. He has trained the head

chefs at many raw foods restaurants and facilitates

trainings alongside the world’s top live-food chefs

around the country. He has been a featured presenter

at the International Festival of Raw and Living Foods

for four years running. Bruce was elected

representative of the Live-Food Producers and Chefs

Association in 2003. Bruce enjoys facilitating the

transition to a living food lifestyle for both for

individuals and organizational level. He holds a

masters degree in the Culture, Ecology and Sustainable

Community Program at New College of California and is

the Executive Chef for Living Paradise, a live-food

restaurant, healing and community center opening soon
