Frederic Patenaude is a self-taught polyglot Canadian. He studied

classical guitar and music, foreign languages and linguistic, nutrition and web

design. He is the author of the best-selling recipe book " The Sunfood Cuisine "

as well as the book " The Raw Secrets, " which talks about the problems

encountered by raw-foodists. Frederic also published the magazine Just Eat An

Apple, a magazine for vegetarians and raw-foodists, from 1998 until 2003. He

just launched a new website (http://www.fredericpatenaude.com) as well as a free

e-zine ( " The No-Nonsense Health and Nutrition E-Zine. " ) For more information,
