Guest guest
Rich, That is so true....I took a flight from AZ to NYC and on the plain I was eating organic dried pinnaple slices and the flight attendant sheepishly asked me if I was eating pinnaples I had made at home? She almost whispered the question to me as if to not let anyone else know that she was curious. It's so easy to prepare compared to the time invested in " creating " a cooked dish. Ever notice that when you're eating raw, people are sheeply asking you questions about it, like somewhere inside they think it might be a good idea but they're not about to actually do it.
