Dunno about recipes but almonds, brazils, broccoli, green leafy veg, sesame

seeds are all calcium rich. And I think the calcium in the fortified version

of Tropicana orange juice is suitable for vegans. If you're not anti-Nestle,

Nesquik is great with soya milk. Also, am pretty sure there's a homoeopathic

remedy for broken bones which might be worth a try - can't remember what it

is but a Google search would find it. Unless you're anti of course...

And next time, don't be so clumsy when you're dancing!

BTW, my GF has broken her toe, and is looking to build up her calcium.

(Primarily with cow milk :( ). My calcium staples - Tahini, and

fortified soya milk - do not appeal to her. Does anyone want to point to

calcium-rich recipies with broad tastebud appeal?
