Guest guest
Dunno about recipes but almonds, brazils, broccoli, green leafy veg, sesame seeds are all calcium rich. And I think the calcium in the fortified version of Tropicana orange juice is suitable for vegans. If you're not anti-Nestle, Nesquik is great with soya milk. Also, am pretty sure there's a homoeopathic remedy for broken bones which might be worth a try - can't remember what it is but a Google search would find it. Unless you're anti of course... And next time, don't be so clumsy when you're dancing! (Primarily with cow milk ). My calcium staples - Tahini, and fortified soya milk - do not appeal to her. Does anyone want to point to calcium-rich recipies with broad tastebud appeal?
