there's some doubt as to how much of this is actually USABLE by the

body. make sure by reading a summary of the latest research on B12 on

<www.vegansociety.com> the results of deficiency are too serious to

ignore and damage can be done even before symptoms show. as regards

everything else, i'm sure you're right - a good mixed vegan diet is as

good as you can get, way better than your typical western diet. and

neither boring nor expensive [see my earlier posting on the 2000 vegan

recipes at www.ivu.org]
