Guest guest Posted April 26, 2008 Report Share Posted April 26, 2008 White Mushroom Sauce This can be served over spaghetti or whole grains. 3 cups nut milk or rice milk 1 cup water 1 onion, chopped 1 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced 1/2 tsp. tarragon 1/4 tsp. dill weed 1/4 tsp. thyme 1/4 cup sherry 3 tbsps. cornstarch or arrowroot Saute onion in 1/4 cup water for 5 minutes. Add remianing ingredients, except for cornstarch or arrowroot. Bring to a boil over low heat, stirring often. Mix cornstarch or arrowroot in 1/3 cup water. Add to white sauce.
