You all may already know this, but since I've just spent a good bit of time

looking through what they have to offer,and will probably be making their

Stovetop Veg'trn Paella and Spicy Veg Chow Mein this week, I thought I would

pass this info along to all of you.

Because I don't have a working computer/lap top right now, I'm making it over

to the Greenwich library a few times a week and am enjoying catching up with all

of the conversations had amongst the members.
