They have already started sorting out the third series - I believe they're filming the Christmas episode sometime in the next few weeks, and they already have one other story written (by Stephen Fry)... I have heard it before, but I do think it is very common here too. But that appeals to me even more as I like uncommon names. I also like girls names that sound like boys names.
