Guest guest Posted June 8, 2006 Report Posted June 8, 2006 Well done on the weather front Peter - a lovely storm tonight to cool it down. Whoever is in charge of the night sky has been doing a good job lately with a lovely bright waxing Moon. Jo Quote

Guest guest Posted June 9, 2006 Report Posted June 9, 2006 Hi Peter >I think that was Nikki?, are you receiving your quota of dawn chorus? On that front... I have a bird that sings outside my window at 3am every morning. Any chance of bringing it back in line with the rest of the dawn chorus? ;-) BB Peter Quote
Guest guest Posted June 9, 2006 Report Posted June 9, 2006 Hi Peter VV & Jo Yes, um, that WAS me! I saw Jo's post and was so distracted with the JL threads that I forgot it was me and didn't even reply. LOL So thank you for reminding me and I am glad that you have enjoyed it! Tho I have to give Peter K some credit too. He has nicely kept the upper currents going so that the clouds have not been blocking it in your area. Guest guest Posted June 9, 2006 Report Posted June 9, 2006 I hope your forecast is right. I hate the heat, especially at night time - I never get a refreshing sleep if its hot. My garden is dry. I've been watering the tubs and baskets, but that's about it.
