Guest guest Report post Posted March 21, 2006 I don't get the sci-fi channel. I only pay 30 dollars a month on cable and so I get lots of home shopping channels and a zillion religiuos channels. The monsters from Friday were not bad at all. But then again I am a horror buff so it does take quite a bit to scare me. Guest guest Report post Posted March 23, 2006 hi louis, I'm sure you have tried quitting, and I am not here to judge you, however if you need support or need to talk about it sometimes we are here to help you. my dad died a few years ago, he was a heavy smoker and drinking he was 56. I live here in florida and there are many, many, many, senior citizens, retired and I could tell which ones smoked when young. some of them have to carry oxygen tanks around with them and some of them I see shopping in the supermarket with oxygen under there nose or they have lost their voice. these are warning signs for people who smoke now. I know that it is not easy, I am glad that I never developed the habit. Perhaps a gradual approach is best. A person must do it for themselves, for their own health.
