It just feels like you should just get up and go, instead of sit there (like I'm likely to do *lol*). CoQ10 is suppose to help your body retain some of its youthfulness too (Bonus! *lol*). If you're looking for another morning protein pick-me-up, I like a smoothie of 1tbsp natural peanut butter, 1/2 cup frozen strawberries, 1/2 a ripe banana, 1 tbsp protein powder (whey, soy, hemp - whatever *smile*), 1/4 cup vanilla non-fat soy milk, & 1/2 cup ice. Whirl it in the blender until smooth and drink up. Makes 1. Add a little splenda or stevia for sweetness if you need it. You can also add 1/4 cup oatmeal to thicken this up, if you want. Cheers!
