One additional point about yeast extracts like Marmite or vegemite is

that they are high in B12 vitamins. One 4 gram serving of Marmite gives

you 60% of the RDA, so adding a spoonful to your soup or stew gives

your B12 levels a significant boost.

Thanks for this information I needed to know that. My doctor told me I need more

B-12 and Folic Acid.

Also use Nutritional Yeast Flakes. It is loaded with all the B Vitamins
