Wow, Donna, thanks for (re)sharing this AMAZING recipe. I happened to have all

of the ingredients on hand and threw them all together this morning. I'm a

little flaky with following recipes, but it was very easy and came out really

well. A slice of the pie with a large green salad was a perfect lunch.

 

BTW - For anyone else in Austin TX area, the new veggie/vegan restaurant called

DaVine's Foods got a good review in the Chronicle today. I haven't been yet, but

it looks like a great menu.
