Guest guest
I agree. It's up to us to either not use certain items or use in moderation. I drink 1/2 can a Coke a day and toss the other half. It's refreshing and I'm not about to stop. Now I work with a coworker that punches in and opens 3 cans of Pepsi and that is her breakfast, that is not moderation and very dnagerous to her health. If a dessert calls of 1/3 cup of Karo syrup I use it. I figure the recipe serves 10 or more people so how much corn sweetener is one getting if they enjoy a baked treat now and then? I have not seen any proof a small amount now and then has hurt anyone that has no health problems. I see it far worse to drink 6 diet sodas or regular sodas or 6 beers and smoke 2 packs of cigs a day and I know a ton of people doing that and there is no restriction on those items. Guest guest
ya know Donna you should get the 365 brand of coke because it has sugar and no high fructose. it's good too. The can feels heavier, I wonder if it is because the can is heavier, or if it is the sugar. hugs, Chanda - Donnalilacflower Friday, August 24, 2007 5:37 PM Re: Re: From Dr. Mercola today... TAP WATER! James I agree. It's up to us to either not use certain items or use in moderation. I drink 1/2 can a Coke a day and toss the other half. It's refreshing and I'm not about to stop.
