They were both prevalant throughout the Americas by the time of first official "contact". Now, we can do the how did they get there thingy with sweet potatoes too. Honestly we all have our difficulties with the administration and understand completely where you are coming from. But I know that Peter would never had said such a thing to offend you. He's actually, well, he's actually a good guy. But PLEASE don't tell him I said that! PLEASE! Then he'll think that I respect him and I could never live that down! But thanks for standing up for the US, it's nice to know there are others out there that still believe in some things we have here. I also think that most governments, including the US and UK, stink. Our governments do not look after us or care about us (New Orleans). Pullman's railroad coach or sleeper was designed for overnight passenger travel. Sleeping cars were being used on American railroads since the 1830s, however, they were not that comfortable and the Pullman Sleeper was very comfortable.
